With light in the sky till after 9pm now it is quite amazing the difference putting the clocks forward that hour has made! Dinner in the evening sunshine overlooking the hills makes you realise - things definitely have changed and we're now well and truly back in the land of light and everything is coming back to life all around us! We hope very much that this Spring Wreath Bread will make you feel the same as it too invokes the essence of this time of year and all of nature's bright wonders flooding back into the world once more!
